Are you an experienced OTR CDL-A driver who loves helping new drivers succeed?
Western Transport, Inc. is expanding our training program and looking for a patient, safety-focused driver who wants to mentor and develop new CDL-A drivers in our growing reefer fleet.
What You’ll Do:
• Train and coach new or low-experience CDL-A drivers
• Teach safe driving habits, trip planning, and reefer operation
• Provide real-world guidance and hands-on support
• Help new drivers build confidence and start long, successful careers

Requirements:
• CDL-A with clean driving record
• OTR Driving experience
• Reefer experience preferred
• Positive attitude & ability to teach calmly
• Must be able to get to Idaho Falls
