It is in GREAT shape with no issues. It has been used but not abused. We are the original owners and have taken it out once or twice a year since we bought it. We are changing the way we are going with our camping which is the ONLY reason we are selling it.
It is a phenomenal condition, has been well taken care of and maintained, and is near new on the interior. It is fairly short at 18' and can be parked nearly anywhere. And it's very light at 4,500 pounds GVW and can pulled by almost anything; with a 3/4-ton diesel, you don't even notice it's there. It DOES NOT have a slide-out but offers a great deal of useable space (especially for its size). It is pretty loaded and will sleep six (because it's a Bunk House). We have done some small upgrades to the interior which offer more storage which is HUGE (more than the 33' Toy-Hauler we had) and better functionality. It has a really cold A/C, really hot heater, TV, a 3-burner stove, a microwave (never used), a big fridge, a full bath (tub & shower never used), external shower (also never used), and two newer (last season) 6V batteries, and the tires are in good shape (low miles- most of our travel has been in the local mountains or to Western CO). There're a few extras too including a cover.
We are open to REASONABLE offers, and DO NOT want to trade for anything.
