Like new camp trailer, never hauled to the hills! Very clean. Large sofa with open floor plan including a dinette with large window, full counter including a stove, sink, and oven. In-unit refrigerator and freezer as well as a microwave above the stove. Mounted TV and stereo above the eating area. Full bathroom including tub, shower, toilet, sink, and cabinets. Bunk beds (bottom mattress is larger), kitchen table folds down into a bed, and couch also pulls out into a bed so plenty of sleeping room. Outside storage, AUTOMATIC jack, and a propane tank (fits 2). Fold out awning. Minor scuffs here and there. Previous owner had broken some interior molding in the area of the bunk beds which peeled the wallpaper a bit, but this is purely cosmetic and could be easily fixed! Price reduced, have paperwork detailing this trailer as appraising for over 20,000, but we are open to offers because we want it gone!
