I redid the roof as there was a leak, I resealed and caulked the entire outside, I tore out a section that was damaged from the water and replaced it and resealed everything up. I deep cleaned and sanitized and also bought a new bed. I was planning on living in it as it's huge but I wound up with a bumper pull that I own and I don't need 2 trailers.
This is a nice trailer it's older but should last a good while with some love. It was kept under a tarp for a few years, I redid the roof last year but it needs a layer of protectant (which I am including with the trailer) I just don't want to keep working on a trailer I won't be using. It has a 12' slide out, electrical works except one outlet that needs replaced, all windows are good no breaks, shower, kitchen, roof vents are good, storage under bed, 2 closets, storage on each side of the bed. Couch turns into a bed, table and chairs for 4. Fridge and freezer work great! Can run on propane or electrical. A/C, Heater, water all worked the last time I turned them on but that was a few years ago. Would be perfect for a couple looking to save money on rent.
