For sale is a new Red Lion 4" Submersible Pump. It is the model RS12G15-3W2V. It is a 1.5 hp 3 wire pump and uses 230 volts. The maximum depth is 548 feet. You will need to buy a control box or maybe reuse the one you have.

SUBMERSIBLE DEEP WELL PUMP: 3.9-inch diameter well pump fits 4-inch diameter driven wells or larger wells with depths down to 548 feet; NSF/ANSI 372 certified for potable water.
BUILT-INS built-in check valve help keep pump from rapid cycling and extends the motor life; built-in suction screen helps keep debris out protecting the impellers
1-1/2 HP MOTOR: 3-wire, 230-volt motor (not including the ground wire) rated for up to 12 GPM and draws water from 548 ft. (at 50 PSI delivers 12 GPM at a draw-down of 340 ft.)

See another listing I have on craigslist for a Red Lion RS22G15-3W2V if your water depth is closer to the surface and you need more flow than this pump delivers. Look at the pump curve in the photos for the pump capacity for both pumps.
