A UNIQUE FIND - 2019 Outdoors RV Timber Ridge 27"BHS" travel trailer *just a few months old* that has been CUSTOM MODIFIED. Selling due to change in employment. We originally intended to use this incredibly well built travel trailer as a mobile office, but "life happened" and we had to "shift gears."

This Timber Ridge 27 has a large rear section with a bookcase that can be fully developed into a "mobile office" OR could be easily converted back into a luxury bunk trailer with 2 or even 3 bunks.

As you can see in the photos, the space in the back has a book case and is ready to be fully converted into an office (perhaps a "murphy-desk and chair?) - complete with 4 110v Electric Outlets! The floor is HEAVY DUTY rubber diamond plate - which is also EXCELLENT for standing up to storage. There is a LARGE rear side door where you can load/unload bicycles, kayaks, and all kinds of "stuff"!

If the rear area is fully converted into an office, this camper will effectively have TWO work areas - one in the rear and one at the dinette table which has GREAT storage under it with fully extendable (and I DO mean fully extendable) drawers - with 100 pound rails!
WELL EQUIPPED: This trailer has the Outdoors RV OFF ROAD PACKAGE (large 16" tires and gas filled shocks - YES - this trailer has SHOCK ABSORBERS on each axle and you truly CAN take it "off-road"), TWO - 12v batteries, 12v HEAT PAD on fresh water tank, MOUNTAIN STORAGE SYSTEM (2" receiver hitch and toy-lok), TWO Deluxe Maxx Air Fans (LR, BR)

Bumper to hitch length is 30 ft (true length), dry weight about 7300#, GVWR is about 10,000#. The floor plan is CUSTOM to the NORTHWOOD chassis - which makes for a better towing experience AND allows ORV to use a larger fresh water tank (80 gallons!)
TRUE 4 SEASON TRAILER - this is an often misused term in the RV industry - not in this case! This Timber Ridge has thermo-pane windows and a 2" thick layer of insulation with high density block foam in the walls (including the slideout walls!) The floors and ceiling have TRIPLE layer of insulation - 2 layers of "pink-panther" and a layer of R-foil (it doesn't get better than this!!) Further, the roof construction is a heel-truss roof where the roof and the interior ceiling maintain separation from wall to wall to allow the pink panther to remain nice and fluffy - thus INCREASING the insulation factor you truly experience. The ceiling is arched - giving a more spacious experience inside.

LARGE front storage with slam-latch doors. Each storage door including the outside shower access is 1" thick and INSULATED! There is a battery override in the front storage with a cover to insure it is never inadvertently engaged. Integrated, welded A-frame with a large battery compartment (holds 2 batts easily) along with a protected junction box to insure reliable 12v electric service to the camper.

Large kitchen area - 9 cu ft fridge - great counter space - FULL EXTENSION DRAWERS with 100 pound rails and real wood construction!

The bedroom - FULL SIZE QUEEN (60x80), good storage space AND ample 110v outlets AND 12v access at the head of the bed. There are hookups in the bedroom for TV if desired.

This trailer HAS been treated with NanoCure - a process that protects both the interior and exterior - protects carpet, fabric, furniture, protection from corrosion, body panels. (This is a $1000. value!)

Willing to include portable 180 watt Zamp "suitcase" solar panels with 15A solar controller and many accessories (sewer hose, water hose, etc.) to go with the trailer - negotiable on this.

Asking $32,900. PRICE REDUCED Frankly, priced right for a camper in "like new" condition. This camper is in Eagle, Idaho and is fully winterized and ready to roll. Goodyear tires are still "like new".
