OPEN TO NEGOTIATE BEST OFFER! REMODELED & Solar Set up! The entire interior has been updated and painted. It has two bunk beds in the back with twin zip up Beddy's bedding (over $200 value each). The dinette turns into a bed and couch turns into a full bed. It sleeps 5-6. The couch had its cushions redone and extra cushion added. There is a mounted t.v. that rotates for viewing on the couch or in the dinette with a built in dvd player and is powered by 12 volt. It has working air conditioning. We recently re-sealed the roof and just barely touched up any caulking on the outside. We installed four new heavy duty jacks. Batteries are two years old. It has 500 watts of solar power, five panels installed on the roof. It has a 3000 watt inverter installed to be able to run 110 power. With the amount of solar panels you can run a decent amount of things off only the solar. We swapped out the furnace for a high-efficient diesel heater. We installed a new water pump and new lines. Flipped axel. Everything works good.
