We are selling our '22 Avalanche 390DS. It has been upgraded over the past few years with things like:
-River rock back splash in bathrooms and whole kitchen
-an air flow inline fan that feeds the back bedroom vent for AC with adjustable speeds
-simple ladder to go upstairs (replaced the stock "death ladder")
-100+ year old barn wood trim around slide in master bedroom with LED back-lit adjustable lights
-Splendide washer/dryer combo. This this is an absolute work horse, and has been great the entire time we've had it.
-cedar trim around the slide in rear bedroom
-all 3 faucets
-entire rear shower has been removed and replaced with 2'x3'x2' metal water trough and river rock surround with residential shower head/bath faucet. Has a slide out step for easy in and out
-had to upgrade tankless water heater after tub install, so it has a brand new 65,000 BTU Ranein tankless water heater. You can control temperature of water from the touch screen in master bathroom, and adjust as needed whenever you want.
-simple shelf to add a second level to front storage area, has lots of places to hang tools/items as well
-Sailun "G" rated tires that replaced terrible stock tires. These have less than 2k miles on them.
-external and internal auxiliary fridge fans. These are handy when it's hot out and fridge can't keep up. We were able to maintain 36-40° internal fridge temp all through 90°+ summers.
These models came from the factory with a few quirks that needed worked out. I have spent the last 3 years working them out and it works perfectly. The solar system works to power lights and fridge in power outage. This 5th wheel measures out to be 43.5' long. We pull it with a Ford F350 Dually. It pulls very nicely, hangs a bit low in Rear, I've added small wheel rollers to rear bit we've never used them. We lived in this for 3 years, so it hasn't been towed very much over the years.
We are asking $48,000 OBO. Located in Arco, ID. Call or text for more info.
