I was responsible for monitoring all of the networking resources for the city and public safety and supporting the remote sites for the city as well as community services. The platform support that I used included Cisco IOS for wide area networks. I administered Microsoft Windows 2003, Exchange Server 2003, SMS Server 2003, and Windows XP Professional for over 500 clients and Citrix Server 4.0 over two separate farms. In my back up duties, the software that I utilized was Net Backup 6.0. For my call tracking and case management duties, Remedy software was used. I also administered a Blackberry server for our clients. My main daily duties included Cisco Switch management and deployment of refreshed Cisco hardware.

Employed as the Enterprise Wide System Analyst for all of Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa. Supervised one employee. I supported five remote sites consisting of 500+ employees. Responsible for all Network and Telephony services maintaining a 98% uptime. Negotiated service contracts with all outside vendors and maintained good working relationships with them. Supported their core client server application Spasoft, utilizing Interbase as the back end database. Maintained 25 Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers. Supported existing Citrix farm XPE fr3, consisting of five separate servers attached to the farm with two published applications. I performed a complete new upgrade to the Citrix Farm to Presentation Server 4.0, including replacing all the previous Server Hardware, thus improving performance and resolving multiple applications and printing issues. I designed and implemented a call tracking system for all of Glen Ivy technical issues, Numara Track-It. Designed and implemented a complete Back-up solution utilizing Symantec Backup Exec 10d for all networked servers and resources.
