This is a classical guitar hand built in 2017 by luthier Mark DeMulder of Virginia with his personal signature on the inside label.
The top is made of figured Engelmann Spruce, back and sides eastern black walnut, fretboard is African ebony, neck head and heel are Honduran mahogany, and the center stripe in the neck is Wenge. This information is per builder Mark DeMulder.
The nut measures 2.02 inches.
It is in excellent condition without any defects, repairs. The frets do not show any wear.
It will come with an Alvarez hard case also in excellent condition.
It will ship safely packed in the case along with a new unopened set of strings to any location in the lower 48 states for $110 in addition to the purchase price.
It can be purchased locally in Pocatello, Idaho at a public location. $1500 cash will be accepted for an in person local purchase.
