I'm asking $100 each, but will give a discount if you want both together. The price does not include the mattresses. You could probably have the mattresses if you wanted, but they are very used and I think you'd prefer new ones since a twin mattress is pretty cheap.
The ladder location and desk curve are reversible, they can be set to either side to fit your space.
All the parts are present, accounted for and unbroken, just show signs of use from years with kids.
